What You Need to know:
For all orders, it’s our goal to respond within 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
Love Shaving Club as of May 20, 2019 is not currently shipping international across borders to countries such as the United States of America and other country’s. Love Shaving Club is only selling within Canadian Borders.
Shipping Within Canada
Depending on your location, Canadian purchased may be delivered within 3-7 business days. Orders are all shipped out of Edmonton. All shipments are fulfilled through Canada Post and, Love Shaving Club does not hold any liability of your shipment not showing up on time. If an order does get lost in transit, Love Shaving Club will do it’s part in assisting clients find any lost purchases.
Orders Over $75.00
Love Shaving Club offers Free shipping on any purchase of $75.00 CAD and over. This is in exception to any customers who reside outside of Canada, as Love Shaving Club only ships to Canadian customers at the current time.
Orders Under $75.00
If your purchase is below $75.00 CAD, Love Shaving Club offers a flat rate shipping of $10.00 CAD. Any orders under $75.00 being shipped to a United States Address will be cancelled.
Shipping Errors
Love Shaving Club wants all our customers to be pleased with their purchase. All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and packaged to prevent damage in shipping. If you find any problems with your order upon receiving it, please contact our customer service at contact@loveshavingclub.com. Please follow the returns process for more information.
Shipping To Wrong Addresses
Love Shaving Club is not responsible for any errors you the purchaser make in order’s contents. This including the items purchased, the quantity of items, and or the delivery address,
If you do find an error with your order, please email us at Contact@LoveShavingClub.com so we can make any adjustments as soon as possible. However, in the event that a change on the order needs to be made after the order has been shipped, Love Shaving Club will charge the customer any shipping fees to return the product. The customer will be issues a refund for the cost of the product including taxes, however may incur penalties due to shipping.
No Shipping Guarantees
Love Shaving Club has no control over shipping, carriers and their operations. Therefore, we DO NOT guarantee on-time delivery.
Shipping Liability
On the the event of purchase, all risk of loss will transfer to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
Love Shaving Club has no control over and is not responsible for weather related damaged occurred to the product while in transit.
