Returns Policy

Love Shaving Club’s Returns Policy was last updated on May 20, 2019.

At Love Shaving Club we are constantly working to ensure you have a wonderful customer experience. We believe in building relationships and want to ensure we do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

To complete your return, Love Shaving Club requires the buyer’s name, email address, shipping address, and a description of the item(s) returned. All returns must be completed within 30 days after the date of purchase.

In order to complete a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Any items that contain marks, scratches, dents, or damaged in any manner will not be accepted back as returned items. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, used items cannot be returned. 

How Does Our Return Process work?

At Love Shaving Club, we work hard and diligently to ensure returns and refunds happen in a timely manner.

In order to start the return/refund process, please contact our customer support at Contact@loveshavingclub.com. In the email please, provide sufficient information as to why you are returning your purchase. Please also provide the required return information below.

Once your email has been received, Love Shaving Club will assist you in the return process by getting the products shipped back. Once received, the company will notify you that the returned items have been received and the inspection process has been. Love Shaving Club will notify you if your return has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We offer the refund for the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable. Please note: all returned items to Love Shaving Club are done so at the buyer’s expense. The items must be properly packaged and secured for transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be issued for a damaged or defective product. In order for a customer to claim their exchange through this manner, please follow the refund/return process by emailing contact@loveshavingclub.com

I Have NOT Received My Product

If you have requested a refund while the product has been in transit, Love Shaving Club will work with our third-party providers to return the products to our main warehouse. In the event that you receive the product, and have requested a refund and failure to resent to the sender, a refund may not be issued to the customer.

Therefore, all refunds will be issued once the product has been received back to the Love Shaving Clubs located in Edmonton, Canada.

How Do I Return An Item?

It makes us sad knowing that you are returning your most recent purchase. However, we understand the refunds and returns are only business. Therefore, if you wish to return an item, please send an email to Contact@Loveshavingclub.com. In the email, please provide the following information

  • Purchasers first name
  • Purchasers last name
  • Purchasers email address
  • Purchasers shipping address
  • How the purchaser made
  • Purchase amount
  • Provide a short description to why you are requesting a refund/return.
